GORILLAZ

O novo album "Plastic Beach" da banda virtual Gorillaz, tem lançamento previsto para Março, o baixista e "líder" Murdoc, na sua página do Twitter, tem dado alguns detalhes sobre o processo da gravação.

"Album almost finished. Drinks being mastered. Isolation kicking in. Bucket of Propofol to help me sleep. Happy 2010!!"

"Urrp!! Just finished mixing new Gorillaz track with er…'My ARSE'!. Sounds pretty good... Can't wait to play it."

"Oh yeah, Gorillaz fans. I'm far, far, far away. On a big piece of plastic floating in the middle of nowhere. Just so you know."

O grupo, baseado nos personagens 2D, Murdoc, Noodle e Russel na realidade foi idealizado por Damon Albarn, e por Jamie Hewlett.Os Gorillaz já lançaram dois álbuns de estúdio e mais outras três compilações com remixes e sobras de estúdio. A banda tem dois hits como Clint Eastwood e Feel Good In.
Alguns nomes decentes incluindo, Bruce Willis, Barry Gib (um terço dos Bee Gees), Mark E. Smith, bem como Lou Reed, são alguns dos convidados de Plastic Beach.
