Seam - Something's Burning

Sooyoung Park's post-Bitch Magnet kinda-Slowcore kinda-Emo band Seam were originally from Chapel Hill (Mac McCaughan of Superchunk/Merge Records fame was the drummer on their first album, 1992's "Headsparks," which was on Homestead), but eventually moved to the Pigfuck mecca, Chicago. There, John McEntire and Bundy of Bastro/Gastr/Tortoise fame briefly played with them. They released a few more albums on Touch & Go before breaking up in 1999.
